New Dimension Technology Solutions (NDT‑Sol), formerly known as New Dimension Technology (NDT), began in March 2003 with a clear mission: to provide reliable, professional IT services to small businesses that lacked dedicated IT departments or full‑time technical staff. Recognizing a significant gap in the ICT landscape inspired the creation of a service built specifically to support organizations that needed accessible, low-cost, high‑quality technical expertise.

The business was first established with  the name Compuwiz, however, the name Compuwiz did not reflect the level of professionalism or the realistic nature of the service intended. After thoughtful discussion with a colleague, the name New Dimension Technology was created, better capturing the brand’s purpose, and direction. The company operated under this name until its strategic rebranding in 2023.

In November 2016, my brother, an experienced millwright, proposed a partnership outside of ICT, drawing on my earlier mechanical engineering training. This collaboration led to the formation of New Dimension Millwrighting Company, which operated independently and focused exclusively on plant engineering and industrial mechanical support.

By 2023, the opportunity to unify these complementary strengths became clear. The decision was made to merge the ICT service offering with the plant engineering and millwrighting operations, forming New Dimension Technology Solutions (NDT‑Sol). This integration brought together expertise in digital systems, industrial operations, and mechanical reliability, creating a broader and more versatile service portfolio.

Today, NDT‑Sol stands as a multidisciplinary service provider committed to helping businesses operate more efficiently, securely, and reliably.
