About NDTS

In March 2003, I conceived an entrepreneurial idea to provide IT services to small businesses that lacked dedicated IT departments and full-time employees. The inspiration came after helping a friend resolve an IT issue he was facing. Later that year, I began offering IT support services to companies and institutions in the Kingston and Saint Andrew area of Jamaica.

Initially, I named the service Compuwiz, but soon realized the name did not reflect the level of professionalism I aimed to deliver. A friend of mine, who worked at the Ministry of National Security, shared this sentiment, and together we came up with New Dimension Technology—a name that better embodied my vision. This became the official name of the service, which continued under that brand until August 2015, when I migrated to the United States.

In November 2016, my brother, who has extensive expertise in millwrighting, proposed a business partnership. We launched New Dimension Millwrighting Company, officially registering the name. Then, in 2023, the idea to merge our two business identities emerged. As a result, New Dimension Technology Solutions was formed—bringing together our expertise and expanding the scope of our services.
